I understand OUR SERVICES DO NOT WORK ON ROKU OR BUILT IN SMART STORES OF LG OR SAMSUNG. YOU WILL NEED A EXTERNAL SUPPORTED DEVICE.
I understand there is a NO REFUND POLICY - We do not offer refunds once your account has been set up. We also do not charge cancelation fees and have zero contracts. Just let us know if you have a need to stop using service. Its that simple! By accepting the Terms and conditions policy during checkout you understand the policy and accept the terms.
I understand Delinquent Accounts auto delete from system at day 31 of expired. You will need to sign up again at current pricings.
You WILL have new login details if you let this happen. This means setting apps up again on every device
I understand I may have ISP ISSUES - These things NEED to be addressed with your ISP.
Check to see if your Internet Provider settings need adjustment! The link above may help to get your ISP resolved, before needing to call "THEM". If you choose to ignore this, you can use a VPN in to get around most ISP issues

We reserve the right to terminate your account if having you as a client harms our business in any way. You will NOT be entitled to a refund if this action was needed.
